BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

1. All booked rooms require a £50 non-refundable deposit.

2. All rooms booked for 4+ days require a 50% non-refundable deposit.

​

3. All rooms booked for 4+ days require to be paid 30 days prior to arrival.

​

4. Any bookings cancelled within seven days of arrival will be charged in full.

​

5. Any bookings cancelled up to seven days of arrival will be charged a minimum of one night.

​

6. We will always try to resell cancelled bookings in order to minimise cancellation fees.
